Nivel Sookoo is an international student at Florida International University, originally from Trinidad and Tobago. He is majoring in Finance and is an active member of the Honors College, his commitment to gaining a complete understanding of the finance field, is forever growing. Nivel takes pride in his analytical and problem solving skills which he applies to both academic and practical cases.
Additionally, Nivel is developing his communication skills through his roles as a Student Recruitment Specialist at the FIU Office of Admissions. He also has experience running and scaling multiple businesses to six figures in revenue. These experiences have positioned him as a well-rounded individual ready to tackle complex challenges in both professional and academic environments.
Nivel aims to pursue a career in asset management of financial planning, where he can apply his expertise to help others achieve financial stability and success.
