At 16, Mariano Valero started his professional journey in manufacturing as a Material Receiving Associate in the aerospace industry. He later transitioned to the non-profit sector, where he discovered his passion for managing events and fundraisers, learning the importance of organization and community impact.

Today, Mariano applies his diverse background and experience in his position as Co-Director of Operations at ALPFA FIU. He uses his expertise in manufacturing, human relations, and public relations to excel in this role.
